Best of luck also to Knockcroghery N.S who take on Lisaniskey N.S in the Division 4 final on the same evening.

The county finals of the Cumann na mBunscol Hurling takes place in St Dominics pitch on Tuesday evening. Ballymurray will play at 5 o’clock and Knockcroghery play at 4pm. Please come along and support these fine young players as they do our schools and club proud.

The schools finals are always a great event but it makes it very special this year having Ballymurray play in the top hurling final for 2011.

The following week the same team of players will play in the top final of the 3/4 Teacher football competition.

It is a fantastic achievement for a school to reach a county final but to reach the top final in both hurling and football in the same year is truly remarkable. Great credit is due to all the players, their parents, their coaches and their teachers. Best of luck lads. We are all very proud of you in St Dominic’s GAA Club.
