Club Information Evening: For all, club officers, players, supporters, sponsors, parents etc. on Thursday, 2nd August, in Culleen Hall at 9pm. Three 15 minute presentations on: 1) Gym, the launch of which will be on 17th August. 2) Pitch Development and 3) Finance. Opportunity for all interested parties to get up date information and ask questions.

Senior Hurling: Round 4 of the Senior Championship takes place on Saturday, 4th of August versus Athleague at 7pm (time to be confirmed) in Athleague. All support welcome.

Ladies Football: St. Dominics U-14 girls played St. Ciarans away in Round 3 of their Championship on Sunday 29th July. The girls were down by seven points at the end of the first half, however they never gave up and showed great skill and determination to win, final score St. Dominics 8-04 to St. Ciarans 4-05 . Well done to all involved.

Minor Hurling: Our U-12 hurling team had another good win in the Roscommon league on Saturday 28th July, full match report available on facebook. Panel on the day – C. Duggan, R. Doyle, J. Byrne, J. Gannon, M. O’Brien, T. Cotton, B. Killion, L. Staunton, G. Staunton, J. O’Connor, L. Golden, D. Dawson, M. Hanley, S. Coyne and D. Tiernan. Next Saturday, 4th August, we play Four Roads at home, thro- in at 11am. On Wednesday, 1st August, the U-16 hurlers play Roscommon Gaels at home in Round 1 of their Championship. Minor Football: U-16 Championship: Team played away to St. Croans Sunday morning, 29th July. St Croans 2-04 St. Dominics 5-16. Our U-14’s footballer’s played St. Aidan’s at home in the 3rd Round of the Championship Thursday evening, 26th July coming out on top with a good win. The St Dominic’s U-10s participated in the St. Brigid’s blitz on Saturday, 28th July, in Kiltoom. It was a great event and enjoyed by all.
