Camogie: Our Hodson Bay sponsored Senior team continue training at the usual times, please keep an eye on text messages. U16: Our U16 team are training under the guidance of Noel and Caoilfhionn on Monday evenings between 7pm and 8pm.  U8 and U10 Training will continue on Wednesday evenings at 6pm on the main pitch. All players new and old are more than welcome.

Ladies Football: History was made on Friday evening last when St. Dominic’s ladies took on Kilmore in the Junior Championship Final. It was the Club’s first Adult Championship title. When the Club won the Division 4 league earlier in the year it was our first Adult League title. Well done to Ciara Corcoran who got player of the match. A huge thank you to the many St. Dominic’s supporters who travelled to Kilbride to cheer on the girls. Despite the very greasy conditions St. Dominic’s showed some excellent teamwork, passing the ball to work their scores with Adele Corcoran, Maeve Dervan and Aisling Walsh excellent in defence keeping the opposition at bay. Final score 7-12 to 2-05. We call on our loyal supporters once again for the Minor Championship Final which takes place this Friday evening, 23rd September, at 8pm in Kiltoom, good luck to all. St.Dominic’s Ladies Football Club would like to say a huge thank you to all the volunteers who were out in force on Saturday 17th last, we would not have been able to run the various Finals without all the help and support received. Minor Hurling:  This Tuesday the 20th September, our U-8 hurlers play Southern Gaels in a blitz. Please contact David Weir for further details. Our U-16 lads have received a walkover from Oran. Next up we face Four Roads, details to be confirmed by text as usual.

Website Launch: www.naomhdominic.ie was re-launched as the Club website in Kellys, Lecarrow on Saturday night, the 17th September. The website is configured for easier use on mobiles and portable devices. You are encouraged to try it out. New features include Fixtures and Results updates and a search facility.
