The Club congratulates K. and W. Marroney, Valley Court, Athlone, who won €1,185 in the Club’s weekly draw. 50/50 draw next week Saturday 26th December will be in Ned’s, Knockcroghery. Envelopes, for entry into each individual draw on each Saturday, are also available in the Shops/Post Office and Bars in the locality, as well as from John Corcoran’s Menswear and Roscommon Leisure Zone in Roscommon – only €2 per draw. Christmas Gift Vouchers and 50/50 Bumper Draw: Why not give something different this year? Yearly, Half Yearly gift vouchers available online at www.naomhdominic.com or contact Frank on 087 6871018. The 50/50 Christmas Bumper draw will take place on Saturday 26th in Ned’s Bar, Knockcroghery. Extra prizes for prepaid tickets and plenty of spot prizes, all welcome. Anyone buying or renewing their Pre-Paid Membership to the 50/50 Draw in the months of November and December will be entered in the Christmas Bumper Draw and receive a “Free Ticket” for the GAA National Club Draw. Yearly Ticket receives two tickets while half yearly receives one ticket.

Dinner Dance: Club Dinner Dance will take place on Saturday 9th January in the Hodson Bay Hotel and tickets are now on sale from any Committee member at €30 each.

Ladies Football: As part of St. Dominic’s Club 50-50 Draw the ladies club are helping out for Saturday night’s during December. This is a great chance to get together and give back to your Club. Can members of the ladies football committee, managers and adult players, please make themselves available to assist with this very important fundraising initiative. Next week is our bumper draw which will be held in Ned’s, thank you. If you feel you can help out with any roles during 2016 please contact Michelle on 085 7325449 or any committee member.

Scor na Óg: The Scór na nÓg All-Ireland Finals are scheduled for Killarney on Saturday 30th January. St Dominics Figure Dancing Team: Rachel Connaughton, Cerys Bryer, Méabh Mc Cormack, Tara Kenny, Líosa Kilcline, Róisín Roddy, Ciara Roddy, Áine Cassidy, Niamh Fitzgerald will represent Roscommon and Connacht. Best wishes also to Katie Heneghan, St. Aidans, recitation and Aoife Mc Loughlin, Kilbride, solo singing.

Minor Hurling: Our underage hurlers had their annual indoor hurling finals on Sunday 13th December. This was a most enjoyable day for all. A huge thanks to all who helped out, family members, coaches, and of course our budding stars of the future.
